KID'S CRAFTS: Melting bead Rubik's cube

Although super easy to make, the instructions for this are a little involved and explained beautifully on Pinterest, so I won't repeat them here. But, more or less, you take one child on their Xmas holidays, a window of a couple of hours, and a LOT of melting beads! You make 6 sides with 'teeth', then slot them all together.

Pan-Pan LOVED making his first side, but lost patience by the second, so I reminded him how happy someone would be to receive the finished objet d'art on Xmas day and we kept going. I think working through the boring bit to get to the next fun stage where we ironed all the sides and slotted it together made him extra proud of the finished result, as you can see!

We'd like to make a 'resolved' Rubik's cube now, but will have to buy some more black Hama beads first. We are huge melting bead fans and are always looking for new bead projects, so let me know if you know any gooduns.
